Repackaging Services Corporation is an affiliate company of Morre-Tec Industries. The company provides blending, grinding, and repackaging of non-hazardous and food grade chemicals and natural products. The 25,000 ft. facility is run under GMP standards.

The work area is divided into enclosed bays to insure cleanliness and non-contamination of products. Presently, there are three working bays and a quality control laboratory.

Repackaging:

Bay # 1 contains an automated repackaging system for transferring bulk solids into drums or bags via a conveyor system. Typically, 20,000 to 25,000 pounds can be repacked in a standard shift.

Blending, Grinding and Repackaging:

Bay # 2 contains a blending, grinding and packaging system consisting of a large capacity stainless steel pre-crusher, a 40 cubic foot (300 gallon) stainless steel ribbon blender, a Condux Blast Mill capable of grinding to 200 mesh particle size, and an automated weighing station. Typically, a solid blend is mixed in the ribbon blender, automatically transferred to a hopper and fed to the Blast Mill by an Acrison feeder. The finished product is then fed into drums and auto weighed.

Small Scale Grinding:

Bay # 3 contains a lab scale Condux Blast Mill (stainless steel) for small-scale grinding and for development work.

Repackaging services routinely handles trailer loads of materials at its two modern truck docks.

Also available is a new patented micronizing technology, called Vortex Milling, which for small particle size grinding (1-2 microns) provides narrow particle size distribution, at significant cost savings as compared with "jet" milling.

The Company is currently embarking on an expansion program and is seeking additional clients to supplement its existing products and projects. In developing new business, Management is receptive to installing new equipment and work bays, as needed.
