Leonard Glass - President

Established in 1987 as the exclusive distributor of select Bromine-based compounds produced by the Dead Sea Bromine Group, Israel. MORRE-TEC Industries, Inc. has established a world-wide reputation for manufacture, distribution and marketing of a wide range of products for the pharmaceutical, nutritional, personal-care, food and specialty chemical industries.

In addition to its reputation as the most diversified supplier of Bromine compounds in 1 kg to multi-ton quantities, MORRE-TEC supplies many other unique chemical intermediates, involving complex synthesis and has contract manufacturing capabilities world-wide.

Products for the nutritional and personal care industries include natural botanicals and other ingredients, including a line of eco-friendly olive oil emulsifiers and surfactants.

Its unique and patented in-house micronizing capabilities allow for supply of a diverse range of materials in the 1-5 micron range, for use in the Food, Beverage and Nutritional marketplace.

MORRE-TEC maintains active membership in DCAT, SOCMA and other professional and trade organizations and is IS0 9001-2008 Registered, cGMP compliant and its Union, New Jersey manufacturing facility is FDA registered.


Leonard Glass - President

Leonard Glass is founder and president of MORRE-TEC INDUSTRIES, Inc. He received a BA, cum laude, in Chemistry from Yeshiva U. in 1964, an MS in Organic Chemistry from NYU in 1966 and did postgraduate work in Business Administration at UCONN and at Rutgers University from 1966-69.

Before founding MORRE-TEC in 1987, Mr. Glass held various technical and sales positions including Chief Chemist and V.P. of Sales at several major domestic chemical companies. He is a member of the American Chemical Society (ACS), Sales Association of the Chemical Industry (SACI) and active in the Synthetic Organic Chemicals Manufacturers Association (SOCMA). Len is married and lives in Teaneck, NJ. He has four children and several grandchildren.
